Visitor’s Parking Permits

Visitor's parking area is monitored by Mobile Support Services. In order for your visitor's to park after-hours, please note the following:

Please note the following important information:

  1. Visitor Parking enforcement is in effect between the hours of 11:00pm and 7:00am
  2. Residents are required to park in their designated space(s) and NOT in visitors’ parking spots.
  3. Residents abusing the PIN system run the risk of being ticketed and/or towed.
  4. Residents parked in the visitor’s parking during the day and enforcement hours run the risk of being ticketed and/or towed.
  5. All residents must register their visitor's vehicle license plate with Mobile Support Services SMART PARK SYSTEM using the PIN # you have been provided. 
  6. If you have forgotten your PIN# please reach out, in advance, to the property manager. The property manager is on-site Wednesday, Friday and every other Monday (9 am - 5 pm).
  7. If you do not register your visitor with Mobilesupport.ca, they may be ticketed and/or towed.
  8. Resident can have 2 parking requests in one week (Friday to Thursday) up to a max of 10 days per month
  9. Long term visitor parking is not allowed.
